1. Wash your feet gently every day.

That’s why foot hygiene is very important. This routine helps prevent your skin from getting bacteria which leads to infection. You need to be cautious when doing this, though. Do it gently, not roughly. Hurting your skin may lead to cuts which of course, a portal for bacteria. When you wash your feet, use lukewarm water and mild soap.
